Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.

  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

  • During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We currently offer standard and express delivery options.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

    • Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • We ship nationwide across the United States.

  • All perfumes and fragrances are shipped in compliance with carrier regulations (some perfumes containing alcohol may only ship via ground service).

  • Orders over $60 may qualify for free standard shipping.\

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.
